Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a professional office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customer over the phone in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Coordinate appointments and manage calendars per Manager's instructions
- Assist with material ordering and processing
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent customer service skills with a polite and professional demeanor
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Proficiency in order entry and maintaining records
- Familiarity with basic clerical tasks and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
